Reviews and monitors the Bylaws and the Declaration of Restrictions (CCR’s) so that they stay current with State & Local laws and ordinances.
Architectural Review
This committe helps to regulate the external design and appearance of our properties to sustain a harmonious appearance throughout the entire community.
Landscaping
Helps in overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the physical landscape of the Brenford Station II community.
