stormwater maintenance petition approved.
EnviroTech during the June visit began transplanting three beneficial plants (duck potato, soft rush and blue flag iris). This process will help control erosion on the bench shelf, enhance water quality, and add aesthetic to the pond. EnviroTech will also implement a method of biological mosquito control. The Kent County Levy Court has accepted the petition of the Brenford Station II HOA based upon a majority of the homeowners voting in the affirmative for acceptance into the Kent County Stormwater Maintenance District Program. The Kent County Levy Court will levy a fee of $28.00 per property annually in the community starting in the month of August 2022.
