Before closing on our homes, we the homeowners agreed to pay assessments or HOA fees in order for the community to meet its financial obligations and to function responsibly as a community. We regret to report that we are short a
significant amount of money which should be part of our operating reserve due to some homeowner’s recurring delinquency on their HOA fees.
