Developer Sylvan Valley Real Estate Investments, Inc. has successfully completed the transfer of the open spaces of Brenford Station II to the Brenford Station II Maintenance Corporation (The Community). The deed transfer was recorded in Kent County on April 13, 2020. We are pleased to inform you that the developer has met all of the required issues that were pending on the property of Brenford Station II.  

The issues that were pending and now resolved are:

  • Concrete property monuments were installed on the corners of the property.
  • The swale between Paulette & Talley Drives were regraded.
  • Trees on the property of 6 Paulette were replaced.
  • The black corrugated pipes were removed.
  • A portion of the sidewalk on the property of 1 Paulette was re-cemented.
  • Unwarranted vegetation was removed from the rip-rap locations on the property and the blue line stream as identified by the survey done by Envirotech.
  • Downed tree was removed from the field near the  common area.
  • Vegetation in the culvert pipe was removed.
  • Concrete pipe joint separating near the pond was repaired.
  • Replaced trees that were removed from the field near the cul de sac.

The open spaces consists of the three areas separating homes in the community and the open field in the rear of the property which winds around the back of other properties. Since the completion of the turnover of the open spaces our contracted landscaper (Millers Landscaping) has been maintaining the open spaces at additional costs.
