With the current COVID-19 pandemic still active the HOA Board held this year’s November Annual Meeting via Zoom conferencing. The meeting was well attended. The 2021 budget was presented and we are pleased to announce that our HOA fees will remain the same at $130 per quarter or $520 per year. The 2021 budget was sent to each homeowner for review and approval.

The Stormwater Maintenance Program was well received by the required majority and we are moving forward for the Brenford Station II Maintenance Corporation to collectively join the program. More information to come regarding this.

The Declaration of Restrictions or CCRs revisions were approved by the required majority of the community and the new revisions will replace the former six items that were in question. The new revisions provides less restrictions and meets outdated requirements at that same time. Please read the minutes of the community meeting on this website.
