As the spring season began we attempted to turn on the pond fountain. The fountain was functioning for a time and then shut off. More attempts was made to turn on the fountain to no avail. There was a grinding noise in the control panel that gave us concerns about the condition of the fountain. We had an electrician (Shureline Electric) come to the site to assess and troubleshoot the issue. They determined that the control panel was functioning as it should but the fountain itself could have an issue.
We then reached out to Envirotech who came out to troubleshoot the fountain. They entered the water by boat and removed the fountain for further assessment. They determined that the fountain wire got exposed to water possibly causing the malfunction. The fountain was taken back to Envirotech for precise troubleshooting and reporting and recommendations.
The delays in the process has been disturbing to say the least. We are reaching out to other electricians thru Premier Property Mgt to move things along more quickly while at the same time pressuring Envirotech to expedite the process and make this a top priority.
We are pushing for a concrete timeline once the electrician have been identified and approved for the installation.
